Publications
A range of information for parents who like getting details on paper - factsheets, handbooks and a newsletter written with and for parents, but also used by professionals.
Education casework
One to one advice and support on education issues, including access to Independent Parental Supporters.
Disability Living Allowance scheme
Specialist advice on making DLA claims, ranging from a factsheet to telephone advice to hands on help completing the forms.
Compass
Brighton & Hove's database of children with special needs, linked to the Compass leisure card.
Transition Development
Information and training for parents and professionals to help make the move into adulthood smooth and positive for disabled young people.
Consultation and development work and the Parent Carers' Council (PaCC)
Enabling parents' voices to be heard by policy makers and service providers, locally and nationally. Much local work is achieved through the PaCC, a city-wide group of parent carers supported by Amaze. The PaCC works to improve services and support for parents of children with additional needs.
Training and support groups
A variety of practical training, support and information events for parents and professionals.

Provides training, research and advice locally, regionally and nationally.
